ShareTea Sugar Land

Cristóbal’s Rating: BETTER THAN NOTHING

  • Dark interiors – often noisy
  • Outmoded chain brand from Taiwan – closing stores in Taiwan & expanding overseas
  • Better alternative than the same store in Chinatown

ShareTea has generally acceptable standards for its tea, despite being an overpriced brand that has largely fallen out of favor in Taiwan itself.

For the purposes of this review, ShareTea Sugar Land is a blessing for Sugar Land which is usually cursed with having generally few options for edible milk tea.  (The powdered garbage served at Teahouse is literal trash that does not deserve to be reviewed on this blog.)

This store is frequented by many high schooler student, which unfortunately makes for a rather noisy and distracting experience.  Furthermore, the store does not offer any food on its menu.

Overall, this shop is adequate for its purposes, and is a good addition to a strip mall that includes a Half Priced Books, Shipleys Donuts, and a few other restaurants.
